At Good Vibes Wax Bar, if in violation of late, reschedule, cancelation, or no-show policies 50% of service will be charged. Gloss Genius will ask for your card to keep on file. Please read the policies below.   Running late Policy: If you are 10 minutes or more late your appointment will be canceled and a fee will be collected.So please make sure you arrive on time.   Reschedule Policy: I respectfully request 24hour notice to reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule on the booking site. Any rescheduling after the 24hour window will result in a fee to be collected.   Cancelation: I respectfully request at least 24hour notice for cancellations. You can cancel on the booking site to avoid a collection of fee.   No show: A fee of 50% of service will be collected.   *I completely understand things can happen last minute, in case of a true unforeseen and unavoidable emergency, your deposit will be held and may be deducted from your future appointment cost. Touch up Policy: If you feel Good Vibes Wax failed to remove all unwanted hair I will gladly touch up the original serviced area at no charge within 5 days of the original service date. Anything past 5 days will be charged for full price of the service.
